Merger of COBA and Exagon to form Berger-Levrault Canada

On June 1, 2017, COBA Logiciels de gestion Inc. merged with sister company Exagon, both now being a single legal entity named Berger-Levrault Canada Ltd. The objective of the merger is to streamline Berger-Levrault’s legal and administrative operations in the Quebec market.

COBA Logiciels de gestion Inc joined Berger-Levrault in 2013, one year before Exagon Inc (SOFE management software) did. As for Infosilem, acquired by Berger-Levrault in 2016, it remains a distinct subsidiary.

Following the merger of COBA Logiciels de gestion Inc and Exagon Inc, their operations remain essentially unchanged. Thus, Berger-Levrault Canada keeps both locations in Quebec City and Laval (head office) and their respective teams. The latter continue to develop and commercialize the COBA and SOFE software management platforms along with their specificities and related services.
