Our Customer Service team plays a key role in the success of the company. Listening, monitoring and developing lasting business relationships are among their daily priorities and help to maintain the loyalty of our customers. COBA offers complementary services to its software based on the needs of their users. COBA’s experts are able to provide support at all stages, from planning to implementation to training.

We provide a helpdesk support service to our customers on normal business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:30 excluding holidays. Its main task is to answer questions and advise the client in all matters related to the use of the software, diagnose problems, take corrective action, or refer to our technical staff.

Our consultants can also provide customized training to ensure optimal use of the software and maximize the efficiency and performance of users.
